Julie Price

Obituary of Julie Ann Price

Julie Ann Price, a loving mother, daughter, and sister, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at the age of 34. Julie was a lifelong resident of Woburn. She was a graduate of Woburn High School, Class of 2000, and Katharine Gibbs School on 2002. She had worked as an administrative assistant at a number of companies including Nielsen, formerly Affinnova, in Waltham. Family and friends were most important to Julie. She loved being mother to her one-year-old son, Jordan, who was the light of her life. There were many memorable times spent with her family--Lake Winnipesaukee with her mother and grandparents, camping at Lake Ossipee and boating in Boston Harbor with her Dad, as well as spending days at the beach. Julie enjoyed working out, walking Horn Pond, laughing, riding her motorcycle, dancing, and joking. She had a strong affinity to her grandmothers, MaryAnn and Adeline. Julie was a loyal friend who would do anything for anyone. She loved celebrating holidays, birthdays, and other milestones with her family. Julie loved being stylish and was a bit of a “Diva”. Her appearance was very important to her; she loved being a blonde! Julie’s sudden passing leaves those she touched with heavy hearts and bewilderment on how a person so young with so much to look forward to could pass away so tragically. Julie was the beloved and devoted mother of Jordan Solazzo. She was the fiancée of Michael Solazzo of Malden. Julie was the loving daughter of Doreen (Pelrine-Price) LoPardo & her fiancé Stephen O’Keefe of Woburn and David Price, Sr. of Burlington. She was the sister of David Price, Jr. of Woburn, Kelley Price of Millville and Matthew Price & his girlfriend Myka Falcioni of Blackstone. She was the loving granddaughter of William Pelrine of Medford, the late MaryAnn Pelrine and the late Donald & Adeline Price. Julie was the special aunt of Madelyn & Mackson Price and niece of Brenda & Steven Hillier of Stockbridge, VT, Sharon & Robert Pease of North Billerica, Janice Pelrine of North Chelmsford and Donald & Diane Price of Burlington. Dear friend of Jacy Stankus of Burlington. Step-daughter of Louise Price of Burlington. Funeral Services will be held at the Edward V Sullivan Funeral Home, 43 Winn St., BURLINGTON (Exit 34 off Rt. 128, Woburn side) on Monday, June 6 at 11 a.m. Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, June 5 from 4-7 p.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Julie’s name may be made to the Jordan Solazzo Memorial Fund, C/O Northern Bank and Trust, 13 Center St., Burlington, MA 01803.
