Obituary of Anthony Kuczynski

Anthony B. Kuczynski, a retired manager at RCA passed away after a long illness at the Aberjona Nursing Home in Winchester on Sunday morning, January 29, 2006. He was 80 years old. Mr. Kuczynski was born and raised in Cambridge, the son of the late Frank and Emily Kuczynski. He was a graduate of Cambridge Rindge and Latin High School. After graduation he enlisted in the Army Air Corps to fight in WW II. He held the rank of Aviation Cadet and was the recipient of the Good Conduct Medal. Mr. Kuczynski went back to School and received both his BS and MBA from Babson College. He could fix almost anything. He was very knowledgeable in auto, plumbing, and electrical repairs. His ability to understand how equipment and components are made and operate along with his management skills greatly aided in his ability to work as a project manager for RCA. He retired from RCA with over 30 years of service. In his retirement years, he enjoyed building and flying model airplanes. He even served as President of the Burlington Radio Control Modelers Club. Mr. Kuczynski is the beloved husband of the late Marion T. (McGahan) Kuczynski. He is the loving father of Edward & his wife Robin Kuczynski of Burlington. He is the brother of Al Kuczynski of Cambridge and the late Joseph Kuczynski. He is the proud Grandpa of Therese, James, John-Paul, Felicity, and Evan Kuczynski. Funeral from the Edward V. Sullivan Funeral Home, 43 Winn St., BURLINGTON (Exit 34 off Rt. 128, Woburn side) on Wednesday, February 1 at 9 a.m. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Margaret’s Church at 10 a.m. Visiting hours Tuesday 6-8 p.m. Interment in Pine Haven Cemetery, Burlington.
