Thomas W. Glynn, a longtime resident of Burlington, passed away at the Wingate of Reading Nursing Home on Monday morning, June 25, 2007. The husband of the late Anna M. (Marino), he was 89 year old.

Tom was born in Boston. He was the son of the late Thomas and Gertrude Glynn. He was raised and educated in Chelsea. Tom was a veteran of World War II serving his country in the United States Air Corps where he achieved the rank of Sergeant. He was the recipient of the Good Conduct Medal, Asiatic Pacific Theater Campaign Ribbon, and the American Theater Campaign Ribbon. Tom worked for over 30 years for Rust Craft Greeting Cards. Tom was devoted to his three daughters and he cherished his three grandsons Mathew, Daniel and Thomas.

Tom is the beloved husband of the late Anna (Marino). He is the loving father of Janice and her late husband Al Guglielmi of Stoneham, Diann and her husband Paul LaRosa of Winthrop, & Maureen and her husband Bill McCarron of Reading. Grandfather of Matthew, Daniel, and Thomas McCarron of Reading. Brother of the late Eleanor Anderson. Funeral Services will be private.
