Ellen A. (Ogren) Olson passed away at the Miriam Boyd Parlin Residence on Sunday, March 2, 2008. She was 65 years old.

Ellen was born in Boston. She was the daughter of the late Gustaf and Anita Ogren. She was raised and educated in Somerville. Ellen's life centered around being a mother to her two sons Erik and Dana. She always enjoyed going to their sporting events and supporting their many interests. She had a talent for cross-stitch and enjoyed reading. She was an avid golfer and always looked forward to her golf outings with her sister-in-law Doris at both the Winchester and Billerica Country Clubs. Ellen was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She will be deeply missed by all those who love her.

Ellen is the loving mother of Erik C. Olson of Lowell and Dana K. Olson & his wife Amy of Houston, TX. Loving grandmother of Samantha R. and Abbey L. She is the sister of Bradford Ogren & his wife Doris of Burlington and the late Ronald, Gerald, and Bertil Ogren. She is the sister-in-law of Valerie Ogren of FL & NH and Ellen Ogren of Medford. Ellen is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Memorial Services will be held at the Edward V. Sullivan Funeral Home, 43 Winn St., BURLINGTON (Exit 34 off Rt. 128, Woburn side) on Thursday, March 6 at 12 Noon. Relatives & friends respectfully invited to attend. Interment Private.
