Obituary of George Patrikis

George Patrikis a longtime resident of Burlington passed away at the Blaire House in Tewksbury on Thursday afternoon, April 3, 2008. The husband of Angela (Puiia) Patrikis, he was 78 years old. George was born in Brighton. He was the son of Greek immigrants the late Efstratios and Neizulla Patrikis. George was raised and educated in Watertown. He was a veteran of the Korean War serving his country in the United States Army where he achieved the rank of Corporal. He was the recipient of the Occupation Medal and the Korean Service Medal. George had a successful career working for the Teamsters as a Truck Driver at Liquid Carbonics. He loved the beach and enjoyed scuba diving for lobsters with his friends. He was a member of the VFW in Burlington as well as the Knights of Columbus. George is the beloved husband of Angela (Puiia) Patrikis of Manchester, NH. Loving father of Anne Patrikis of Franklin, NH and Sandy Patrikis of Manchester, NH. Brother of Demetrios Patrikis of Watertown and the late Nick Patrikis. Grandfather of Sherylann Tobin. Funeral Services will be private.
