Obituary of Frances P. Nastar
Frances P. (Riccelli) Nastar, a resident of Burlington for 20 years, passed away at the Lahey Clinic Medical Center after a brief illness on Monday, July 17, 2006. The wife of the late Bronislaus W. Nastar, she was 83 years old.
Mrs. Nastar was born in Boston. She was the daughter of the late Antone & Mary Riccelli. She was raised and educated in Dorchester. She resided in Dorchester most of her life moving to Burlington about 20 years ago to be closer to her daughter Jeanne and her family. Mrs. Nastar devoted her life to creating a home for her husband and her daughter. She loved to cook for her family. She also enjoyed knitting, crocheting and shopping. Mrs. Nastar was a past member of the D.A.V. Ladies Auxiliary in Dorchester.
Mrs. Nastar is the beloved wife of the late Bronislaus W. She is the loving mother of Jeanne & her husband Peter Barthuly of Burlington. She is the devoted grandmother of Christopher & his wife Jennifer Barthuly of North Conway, NH, April and Austin Barthuly of Burlington. She is the sister of Carmella Milani of Quincy, Rita Curley of Norwell, the late Jeanne Ninke, Theresa Rose, Rose Bouffard, Victoria Vincent, Carmen, Domenic, Fred, and Tony Riccelli. Funeral from the Edward V. Sullivan Funeral Home, 43 Winn St., BURLINGTON (exit 34 off Rt. 128, Woburn side) on Thursday, July 20, at 8 a.m. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Margaret’s Church at 9 a.m. Visiting hours Wednesday 4-8 p.m. Interment in Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton.
