Pauline Ralph

Obituary of Pauline Ralph

Pauline Ralph, a mother of 8, grandmother of 7, and great grandmother of 7 passed away after an extended illness on Sunday, February 26, 2023.  She was 87 years old.  Pauline grew up and was educated in Everett.  She married her husband; Charles E. Ralph, and they settled in Burlington in 1958.  Pauline had numerous challenges during her lifetime that she overcome to care for her family.  In the 1970’s her home burned to the ground leaving the family homeless.  Her family of 10, had to live in a mobile home on the property until her home was rebuilt, which wasn’t the easiest living conditions.  Then several years later, in 1980 her husband Charles passed away leaving her a widow with most of her children still in school.  It was her resilience and devotion to her family that helped her family through the difficult times.  Her nurturing and welcoming manners made her a second mother to all her children’s friends as well.  She spent the remainder of her life caring for her children, then grandchildren, and even great grandchildren.  She helped raise them all and she loved that.  Outside of her family roles, she had great girlfriends with whom she went to Bingo with regularly and even a few cruises.  Pauline will be remembered as simply being a wonderful mother, Nan, and Nana to all her family.

Pauline was the beloved wife of the late Charles E. Loving mother of Charles & his wife Liz of Woburn, Donna Ricker and her husband, Kevin, of Burlington, Bill of Port Charlotte, FL, Tim & his wife Sharon of Burlington, Joseph of Burlington, Robyn Amaral of Sarasota, FL, Paul of Burlington, and George of Burlington.  Proud grandmother of Kristel Turnquist, Kari Forsaith, Erica Amaral, Tony Amaral, Brittany Ralph, TJ Ralph, and Chuck Ralph. Great grandmother of Brooke, Bailey, Landon, Levi, Charles, Jack and Lyla.

Funeral services will be private.
