She was an avid tennis player and fan, attending the U.S. Open for 16 years in a row.  She was also a world traveler, exploring places like China, Russia, Asia, Europe, Portugal, and Greece. Through Project Grandchild, she shared her love of travel with children, helping plan and eventually joining them on unforgettable journeys across the globe.

Music and learning were central to Dolores’ life. She cherished her baby grand piano, and sharing her gift for music with others.  She was a devoted reader who especially loved the works of James Patterson. Later in life, she found joy and friendship as a member of the Highland Mills Woodbury Senior Center.  Above all, Dolores will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and friend. Her warmth, generosity, and adventurous spirit touched all who knew her.
