Obituary of Kandiah Sivarajasooriar
Kandiah Sivarajasooriar, 77, of Burlington, passed away on Friday, March 7, 2025, at the Lahey Clinic, Burlington.
He was born in Nainativu, Sri Lanka, the son of the late Naganathar and Puvaneswary Kandiah. He immigrated to Germany and then to the United States to seek better opportunities for his family. He eventually settled in Burlington to raise his family. He was employed for many years as a dialysis technician for Tufts Medical Center in Boston.
Kandiah was married to his loving wife Vasantharani for 44 years and they have two loving daughters, Ambikha and Thanuja. His daughters were his pride and joy and there was nothing that he wouldn’t do for them.
He welcomed two sons into his life in the form on son in laws; Rafael (Ambikha’s husband) and Ricky (Thanuja’s husband) and 4 beautiful grandsons; Reyan, Leo, Renzo and Remy.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his visiting hours on Thursday March 13th from 5pm to 7pm at the Edward V. Sullivan Funeral Home, 43 Winn St. Burlington. His funeral service will be Friday, March 14th at 9am at Merrimack Cremation Services, 10 Henry Clay Drive, Merrimack, NH. Arrangements are by the Edward V.
