Francis (Frank, Fran) Manning Jr., Passed away after a brief illness on November 11, 2025, he was 66 years old.

He was the cherished husband of Faith (Paison) Manning. He was the father of Matt and Andy. He was the son of the late Francis and Terri Manning. He was the brother of Terry Ramsell. He is survived by family, friends, and his dog Bailey.

Frank was born and raised in Somerville, Ma., He and his family resided in Burlington Ma. He was devoted to his wife of 42 years, making her morning coffee everyday, cleaning of her car and warming it up when it snowed, keeping the pool clean, and getting up in the middle of the night with Matt so she could sleep.

He was committed to caring for his special needs adult son who thrives and enjoys his life under Franks love. Frank was immensely proud of his son Andy through his sports, school, college and especially when he became a nurse.

Frank loved his vegetable garden, being home, traveling to Ireland with his sister and Andy for his 65th birthday. There wasn’t anything he couldn’t fix. He even taught himself how to use a sewing machine to make bibs for Matt. He cared very much about his AliMed family.
