Obituary of Renoel Amogawin

Renoel L. Amogawin, Sr. passed away at the Lahey Clinic Medical Center on Sunday, December 11, 2011. He was 51 years old. Renoel was born in Cavite City, Philippines where he was raised and educated. Renoel moved to the United States in 1993. He settled in Arlington where he lived until 2003 and moved to Burlington. Renoel had a successful career in Information Technology and was recently working as a Senior Solutions Engineer for the past year at EMC Corporation. He had previously worked at General Dynamics. He was fluent in 5 different languages. He loved music and enjoyed singing and playing the guitar and drums. He had always been a part of Music Ministry at the churches that he had attended. He had traveled all over the world visiting such destinations as Iraq, Germany and Saudi Arabia. He had always said that his first love was GOD, who he is now with, and his second was his family. Renoel was the beloved husband of Maria (Tes Calma). He was the loving father of Renoel Jr. and Wrenn Christian both of Burlington. Beloved son of Rene and Lourdes Amogawin. Brother of Marivic Benitez of Billerica, and of Renolito, Rene Jr., and Marilou, who are in the Philippines. Visiting hours will be held at the Edward V. Sullivan Funeral Home, 43 Winn St., BURLINGTON (Exit 34 off Rt. 128, Woburn side) on Tuesday, Dec. 13 from 4-8 p.m. Relatives & friends respectfully invited to attend. Interment will be private.
