Obituary of Bernice Watt

Bernice H. Watt, a resident of Burlington formerly of Jamaica in the West Indies, passed away at the Lahey Clinic Medical Center on Saturday morning, February 3, 2007. She was 84 years old. Bernice was born and raised in York Castle, St. Mary in Jamaica. She was the daughter of the late Henry J. and Rhode E. Watt. Bernice was a loving and caring mother who devoted her life to providing for her three sons. In August of 2000 she moved to Burlington to live with her son Eddie Stewart and his wife Annette. Bernice is the beloved mother of Eddie Stewart & his wife Annette of Burlington, Kenneth Stewart of New York, and Roderick Stewart of Jamaica. She is the sister of Apperlina Batten of Jamaica. She is also survived by five grandchildren; Jolene, Andrew, Peta-Gaye, Kenya and Brendon Stewart. Funeral Services will be held at the Edward V. Sullivan Funeral Home, 43 Winn St., Burlington (Exit 34 off Rt. 128, Woburn side) on Saturday, January 10 at 10 a.m. A visitation will be held one hour prior from 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Interment in Pine Haven Cemetery, Burlington.
