I have known Muriel for the past thirty years in her role as a faithful parishioner of St. Mary's and mine as deacon. When we had nightly rosary during October and May many years ago, she seemed to be always there. We always exchanged a friendly hello at Mass over the years and she brightened up the church whenever she was there. I will add her to my morning prayer list of the dead, although it might be wiser to pray to her, for her intercession with God through Jesus and Mary. She certainly fought the good fight and successfully finished the race; now her reward begins. I hope to be among those who see her again one day in the next life. She is surely resting in peace!
