Rob, Ron, and family... I am so very sorry to hear this! I just found out or I would have been at one of the services for your dear father. I loved your Dad... all the days of working at Almy's together. He was truly one of the nicest men I have ever known. I am so very sorry for your loss and I will remember your Dad in my prayers. God bless.

Dear Ray, Rob, Ronny, Richie, Patricia and Pamela -
I am deeply saddened to learn about your sweet father. I remember with great fondness working with him at Almy's and, even more so, the years of fun at the Little League games, where our two families met and our fathers coached together. It seemed everyone loved Mr. Mello and Mr. Tenore! It was a wonderful time, and we were all blessed - the six of you and the four of us - to have had such amazing dads! My father passed away just last month (on June 14th), and sadly, I understand your sorrow. Holding you all close in my heart - Deb (Tenore) Shannon, Chelmsford

While I did not know him personally, I went to college with his son Rich and his wife Stacey. I can only imagine that he was a wonderful man, as he raised a wonderful son. My thoughts and prayers for the entire family.

My deepest sympathy to Ray, Robert, Ronald, Richard, Patricia and Pamela, on the death of your Dad. I think of all of you so often and have wonderful memories of you all in your younger years growing up. I called your Dad about a year ago and had hoped to visit him. We had a wonderful chat. I know there were difficult years when your Mom was sick and in the nursing home. I visited her once before her passing. You had two wonderful parents. You may recall that I was a bridesmaid in their wedding. The last time I saw you all was at Mom's funeral.
Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you all and am sorry I can't visit with you at this time as I am having surgery this week. Love, Helen &'Henry, Newburyport, Ma
