Obituary of James M. Prindiville

James M. Prindiville, 70, lifelong resident of Burlington passed away Wednesday, December 7, 2016 due to complications from ALS. Born in Manchester, NH in 1946, James graduated from Burlington High School in 1964. He was a US Army veteran, having served during the Vietnam War, and a graduate of Florida State University. After graduation, James returned to Burlington and worked in Boston as an auditor for U.S. Customs, until retirement. James was preceded in death by his sisters, Sheila Lynn Cato & Bonnie Lee Allenburg; and his parents, Edmund & Yvonne Prindiville. Surviving is his sister, Melissa St. Pierre, of Henderson, NC, his 5 nieces and nephews, and a multitude of wonderful friends, all who loved him dearly. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. Margaret’s Church, 111 Winn St., Burlington on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be sent to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or Disabled American Veterans (DAV).
