Obituary of Barbara J. Gill

Barbara J. (Powers) Gill, of Burlington, formerly of Arlington, age 66, passed away at Lahey Hospital on January 11, 2017. She was predeceased by her parents, Elaine and John Powers, her husband Robert Gill, her sisters Patricia McCarthy, Joan Campbell, Michele Powers, Elaine Caponigro, and Kathy Nolte. Barbara is survived by her daughter, Lisa Bodi of Burlington, her son Charles Justice of Burlington, her brothers John Powers of Medford and Michael Powers of Burlington and her sister Dorothy Cooke of Derry NH. She was a wonderful grandmother to Lindsay and Caitlin Bodi of Burlington and a great friend, cousin and aunt to many others. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Agnes Church, 51 Medford St., Arlington on Friday, January 20, 2017 at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made online to the American Cancer Society. https://donate3.cancer.org/ For directions see www.saintagnes.net
