We are saddened by the passing of a dear friend Jim Kendrigan.. My husband Victor a Local103 Member, Norfolk Electric Engineer. Headed a couple of jobs with Jim (Vic was in Office), and cared very much for him as a forman and a person. I believe Jim was a very Special forman for many of his men, especially for Vic's sons Tony and David. Also, my nephew David. They could not say enough about him, and I probably only met him myself a couple of times, at a103 function or wedding or if Vic had to go out to one of the jobs at night and I would take the ride, but never went to the island! I believe this man was very special to all he met and worked with. You just can't change who you are, and it showed with Jim. Now you have two special angels in heaven looking after you.
