Sandie, We worked together, but miles and miles apart, so I was not fortunate enough to have the pleasure of knowing you. Reading about you makes me feel like I sure wish I had. Just knowing of your spirit, energy and love is inspirational. My sincere condolences go out to your family and friends who will certainly feel the loss of your physical presence . . I can only guess with your energy and determination, your spiritual presence will still be felt by those you love. Rest in peace and joy.

I am so sad to hear of Sandie's passing. I worked with her at Beacon for many years. She always was positive and looked at the bright side of things and cared a lot about those she served. I loved seeing her at the office because she always had a smile. She loved her family greatly, especially her grandkids and would often share stories and pictures. I'll miss you Sandie.

Dearest Family of Sandie.... I am so sorry for your loss of this wonderful ray of light! I had the pleasure of working with her for many years at Beacon and she never failed to bring a smile to my face, her sense of style, her laughter... her tales, what a sheer joy she was to be around. Be it traveling, theater or her family, she always spoke with such joy and enthusiasm. She is a shining example of what I hope to be in my golden years. May you find comfort in knowing how many truly cared for her.

Sandi was a high school friend who always had a smile. We saw each other now and then around Burlington. She even joined us at our weekly high school friends breakfast at Stelio's a couple of times. Condolences to all her family and friends. She will be greatly missed. Rest In Peace...

I had the good fortune to run into Sandra in the breakroom on my first day of training at Beacon. She greeted me with a smile & wave, & enthusiastically welcomed me to the company. Whenever I ran into her, she always greeted me warmly like we were old friends, and never hesitated to drop everything to help me whenever I reached out to her. She also had a great sense of humor, I will never forget her hilarious emu trainer Halloween costume.
The world was a better place when she was in it, she will be greatly missed. Please accept my heartfelt condolences to her loved ones as they celebrate a life well lived.

Sad beyond words for the loss of my dear friend and amazing woman. Sandie was filled with light, positive energy and actions. She held no bitterness in her heart for anyone or any circumstances. Knowing her has made me a better person. My high school years are filled with warm, wonderful and fun memories of Sandie. Our trips to the Cape, dances at Hanscom Field and good times in Burlington will forever be in my heart. I had just spoke to Sandie and we made plans for our 50th class reunion celebration in November. My 40 years in California had not lessened our friendship. Her love and pride of sons Scott and Dusty were immeasurable. We shared our love of being NANA to our grandchildren. Her devotion to Eliot, Hannah & Addysun gave her life new meaning. We'd laugh together and say "How'd we get this lucky?!". I'll miss you dear friend, but will never forget you. I take comfort knowing your beloved Mom & Dad met you at the Heavenly Gates! Till we meet again, rest in peace. Love you!!

Aunt Sandie,
I've sat to write this post 4 different times and haven't been able to get past the first couple lines. But I'm going to give it a go tonight.
You were such a huge part of my child hood and some of my best memories as a kid revolve around times with you. You were the "Cool" Aunt. Always was. Always will be. You welcomed so many of my friends over to your house and my buddies would always talk about how funny my Aunt and Cousins were.
I can remember Sean and I collecting leaves and painting pumpkins. You letting us listen to rap music, specifically Ini Kamoze's 1994 smash hit "here come's the hot stepper". That song will always make me think of you.
You took me on my first plane ride to beautiful Cleveland, Ohio to go to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Pro Football Hall of Fame. You also took me on a trip out to Cooperstown to see the baseball hall of fame and we hit the basketball hall of fame on the way back!
We had so much fun together.
Some of my favorite times in my life revolve around my early teens going to your house on Sunday afternoon's for football games. Man, nothing will ever be like that was. What a crew. What great times. We always laughed and cheered for hours every Sunday. It was the best.
I remember sitting in your living room a Ton grampy's watching Desmond Howard return that Kickoff against the Pats in 97 and wanting to cry. (Ok, I definitely cried) And I remember trying to sound like I knew what I was talking about as a big Football player as I explained to the room there was no way they could over turn Brady's fumble against the Raiders at the end of that snowy Saturday night playoff game. Man I'm glad I was wrong.
As I've gotten older we haven't stayed in touch like I know you or I would have liked. It sucks. I think about you all the time and that's the truth. I think about all the great times we had and I think about how I hope Amelia has someone like you in her life like I did. I was so excited to get you out to my first game next year like we talked about. I am happy that we were able to talk recently and I was able to tell you about how excited I was to get the Wilmington Football job and how excited you were to come to our first game against Shawsheen.
I'll be thinking about you that night for sure. I know you'll be there watching and proud.
My heart goes out to you, Scott and Dusty as well as Kristy and the kids who lost an amazing Grandmother. Aunt Sandie was one of a kind. There will never be anyone like her. Her heart and soul were unmatched by any person I've ever met. She will be missed by so many. Thank you for everything.
Love,
Craig

Sandy and I grew up together, our families living next door to each other. I remember the time she slammed her father's car door on my thumb while we were goofing around in her driveway. She cost me my thumbnail for a few months! We would run into each other every so often over the years and catch up. A lot of memories spread over decades.
Rest well, Sandy. See ya around.

One of our the musketeers is gone! I first met my best friend at tyndall AFB in 1980 I think. Wow!! We had so many laughs and trips together with the third musketeer, Donna. our boys played together and Sandie and Donna and I acted out skits for wives club events ast the NCO club. She had the greatest imagination and the funniest sense of humor. She was a strong, loving, caring women that made an impression on every one she met. We had a ball rafting down the grand canyon years ago or gambling in Vegas. I will mis her always and wish we had taken one more journey as soul sisters. Love you my friend!

My sincerest condolences go out to Sandy's family and friend as well as to her extended family in the theatre community. I had the pleasure of sharing the stage with her in Bill W. and Dr. Bob as she played a myriad of characters that included a wife of an active alcoholic who sought out help for herself. She was a sweetie and I will truly miss her. XOXOXO ❤❤❤ Love, Sophie aka. "Annie Smith."

Sandie was such a shining light in our Burlington High School Class of 1967. We were all looking forward to being together again for our reunion in the fall. This is such a sad day for all of us and we pray that she will be at peace. We send our love and prayers to her sons as we remember Sandie's smiling face and laughter. She loved life and we loved her.
May her memory be eternal. God Bless you, Sandie!
