Concetta D. (DiGirolamo) Graceffa passed away at the D’Youville Life and Wellness Center on Friday morning, March 2, 2018. The beloved wife of the late John she was 97 years old. Connie was born in Italy. As a young child her family came to the United States for better opportunities. She worked for MIT in the Book Press Department for over 25 years. Connie raised her family in Medford. She and John Married in 1965 and lived in Cambridge, Burlington and Stoneham. They had a wonderful life together and renewed their vows prior to his death in 2016. Connie led active and full life and was not one to sit still. She loved bingo, going out to eat and dancing. Connie’s greatest joy came from her family. She always looked forward to the holidays, cookouts and family gatherings. She took great pride in her grandchildren and their accomplishments. Nothing made her happier than spending time with them. She loved “babies” and was blessed to have 9 great grandchildren. Connie was the beloved wife of the late John Graceffa. She was the loving mother of Charles Cerullo & his wife Linda of Tewksbury, Mark Cerullo of Stoneham and the late Barbara J. Pellacchia. Connie was the proud grandmother of Christopher Cerullo & his wife Jayme of Billerica, Danielle Cerullo Ballou & her husband Michael Ballou of Billerica, Michelle Cerullo Flaherty & her husband Jack Flaherty of Burlington, Nicole Cerullo of Stoneham, Daniel Abbott & his wife Shana of Tewksbury and Laura Abbott & her Fiancée Chris Rose of Billerica. Great grandmother of Tyler, Jayden, Michael, Gianna, Chiara, Darianna, Alexis, Daniel and Henry. Sister of Dominic, Francis & Marion DIGirolamo Emma Early, and Lena Kazas. Funeral Services will be held at the Edward V Sullivan Funeral Home, 43 Winn St., BURLINGTON (Exit 34 off Rt. 128/95 Woburn side) on Tuesday, March 6 at Noon. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 11 – Noon. Burial will follow in Pine Haven Cemetery, Burlington. Memorials in Connie’s name may be made to the Charity of your choice
