Chip was always kind to me and shared his good sense of humor. He looked out for others and would assist other patients. He was always bringing his roommate extra blankets...as Chip kept his window open, despite the weather! He enjoyed handing out candy bars to the nurses and we enjoyed that too! I miss him, but his higher self is happy and with those he loves. It is always a privilege to be with a patient in transition, it is a sacred space and I am grateful for the small way that I could help. Heartfelt sympathies to all who loved him.

Chipper truly did have a heart of gold and an immense love for his family. I feel grateful to have had the chance to get to know and work with him through the VNA. He was one of a kind and will not be forgotten. My prayers and thoughts are with you Chris and Kelley. I'm so sorry for your loss.
