My deapest sympathy to Diane and family. I have a lot of fond memories of Phil and my father, Dick Runyan.They were to peas in a pod. They had so much fun together, always getting into something. I am greatful for there friendship and always had each other’s back. My father would come home from we’re ever they were and couldn’t wait to tell us there storie. They always had fun. Full of life those two. I remember the first time I met Phil, that is a story for another time. Phil was always kind and very understanding. We had a few talks and he had the advice. He will now join a very good friend who deaply misses him. I am glad that Phil and Diane hung around with the Runyan family. He will be missed. God Bless
