My condolences to the entire family. I worked with Norm at BPD and he was always good to me. We had a lot of laughs. Both being Winmere boys we had a lot in common. Rest In Peace my friend
I'm so sorry to read of Norm's passing. We worked together at Comcast/Media One and he was a funny and well respected man. I never knew of his life as a BPD officer as he never spoke about it. My thoughts and condolences to his family.
