We are blessed to have the Keating family as nearby neighbors for half a century. Shirley was a strong and gentle woman with a beautiful family. She and her husband Paul were an inspiration for us. We send our sincere sympathy to her loving children Paul, Cindy and Alan.

Mrs Keating a great lady. While we were growing up she always welcomed us to her home. The early days playing table hockey in skips room. Swimming in her pool in the summer skating on it in the winter. Listening to records in the cellar . Then watching and listening to skips bands practice which would be in the cellar, carport, or. In the back yard. She always greeted us with a smile. A few years ago a bunch of us stopped by to see her, it was 1970 again! We had some good laughs and shared happy memories. To Cindy, Skip, andAl so sorry for your loss. We all thought the world of your mother . With much sympathy and warm regards .THE KIDS FROM THE OLD NEIGHBORHOOD

Dear Aunt Shirley,
Thanks for many years of hosting our family. It can’t have been easy having 6 of us for a week each summer when we were kids. One of my best memories of that time was going to pick blueberries in a town near Winchester, which was fun, then eating all the great baked goods you made afterwards, which was even better.
You gave our mother support and friendship over the years and those visits meant a lot to her. You two called each other every 2 weeks to keep up. I tried to keep it going after she passed, though more like once a month. It was always good to hear your voice and to get and give family updates. You’ll be missed.

Mom, I love you and I'm going to miss you every day. The last years we spent together really brought us closer and I'll always cherish that. I know you're in heaven with Pop and Smoodge and all of your family and friends that have gone before you. I pray we'll be together again some day so I can hug you once again.
