This was a beautifully written obituary. I am a lucky member of that neighborhood "family" to which we all belonged. I have so many wonderful memories spent in the McNeil home. (No other families would let us all in to "hang out" like they did. lol!) There is such peace in knowing these 2 lovebirds are finally back together again. I'm sure Mr McNeil is smiling from ear to ear.
For the rest of us, we will carry their love always in our hearts. For, to quote my friend Diane, "They are, and always will be, a part of "US". To the entire McNeil family, please accept our deepest condolences. We love you all.
