Obituary of Anne Itrato
Anne (Taintor) Itrato, a longtime resident of Malden, passed away at the Lexington Health Care Center on Wednesday morning, January 2, 2008.
Anne was born in Medford. She was the daughter of the late Albert and Katherine Taintor. She was raised and educated on the family farm in Chelmsford. Anne had a rewarding career in the health care industry. She worked at the Woodlawn Nursing Home in Everett as a Supervisor. Anne was an active member of the Senior Organization in Malden. She was on the Board of Directors and enjoyed participating in the many activities and socials in the organization. Her family was the most important part of her life, most especially her granddaughters. She never missed any of their school functions or recitals. She was very proud to see her eldest granddaughter graduate for high school and go on to attend the University of Massachusetts in Lowell.
Anne was the beloved wife of the late Sylvestro Itrato. She was the loving mother of Paul & his wife Diane of Billerica. She was the sister of Ruth Robinson of Lakeville, Evelyn Knox of Reading, and the late Albert W. Taintor, Jr. She is the proud grandmother of Nicole and Christina Itrato of Billerica. Memorial Services will be held at the Edward V. Sullivan Funeral Home, 43 Winn St., BURLINGTON (Exit 34 off Rt. 128, Woburn side) on Saturday, Jan 5 at 11:00 a.m. A visiting hour will be held prior to the service from 10 – 11 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend. Interment in Chestnut Hill Cemetery
