Obituary of Angela Demers
Angela C. (Limonciello) Demers, a 55 year resident of Woburn, passed away after a long struggle with Cancer, on Monday morning, June 11, 2012. She celebrated her 61st birthday in May.
Angela was born in Paolisi, Italy. Her family immigrated to the United States when she was 6 years old and settled in Woburn. She was a graduate of Woburn High School, Class of 1971. It was in High School, that Angela, met her future husband, Dennis Demers. They celebrated their 31st anniversary in April. She worked as an accountant at the Winchester Hospital. She had previously worked at Winchester Mechanical, TASK, and Houghton Mifflin Corporation. Angela’s life revolved around her family. She had an extremely close bond with all her siblings and in laws. She was everyone’s favorite Aunt, partly because she was a kid at heart. She derived great pleasure in playing children and making them laugh. In her leisure time, she enjoyed shopping, reading, the beach, and camping. She loved going out to lunch with family, friends, or coworkers. Her memory will bring a smile to all those her life touched.
Angela was the beloved wife of Dennis Demers. She was the daughter of the late Tommaso & Tommasina (Izzo) Limonciello. Angela was the loving sister of Cris Falardeau & her husband Richard of Billerica, Pat Limonciello & Maria of Billerica, Joe Limonciello & his wife Judy of Woburn, the late Louie Limonciello & his widow Maria Limonciello of Burlington. . Sister-in-law of Linda Phyllis of Woburn. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at the Edward V. Sullivan Funeral Home, 43 Winn St., BURLINGTON on Wednesday, June 13 at 7:30 p.m. Visiting hours Wednesday from 4 to 7:30 p.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. The interment will be private. Memorials in Angela’s name may be made to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, P.O. Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284-9168.
