Very sorry I'm late with this post but I just now found out about the loss of Hank, or as my Dad always called him, Henry.
I worked for Sweetheart Plastics for many years and always looked up to Hank and enjoyed my conversations with him. After my Dad passed, I spoke with Hank on the phone and he was as gracious as ever. Seems like the good ones, Charlie Peters, Roy Schultz(my Dad) and now Hank are all gone. I will miss each and every one but I will never forget them.
To Hank's family I am so sorry for your loss. I do hope you get to read this and know what people outside of his family thought of him. He will be missed. It was a pleasure knowing him.

Growing up in Burlington I had the pleasure of getting to know Mr. Leboda at football games, wrestling match’s, and fire side chats at his back yard fire pit. Through High School, College, and into my adult life I had the pleasure of getting to know him and his family. Mr. Leboda you will be missed and always remembered fondly. I can’t imagine growing up in a Burlington without you there – you touched so many people in your years!

To the family of Marine Hank Leboda, we offer our deepest sympathies and condolences on the loss of your loved one and our Brother. Hank was a Marines "Marine" who is part of our heritage. We never have forgotten our brave Chosin Marines and never will. He was what all Marines are, a true and dedicated warrior who fought for all of us so that we may enjoy the freedoms we have today. We know that Hank has now taken his place at the gates of Heaven to watch over his family and his Brothers and we will all meet once again to serve our Lord. God bless you all and thank you for allowing us the privilege of having Hank as a Brother Marine. Semper Fi
