Obituary of Patricia DeClemente
Patricia “Patti” (Capua) DeClemente, age 45, passed away after a long illness at the Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Burlington on Thursday morning, April 24, 2008.
Patti grew up in Woburn and graduated from Woburn High School in 1981. She had resided in a number of communities including Ashby before settling in Burlington 3 years ago. She had worked for L-Tronics in Waltham for 13 years as a Manufacturing Supervisor. She was pursuing a new career as a Medical Assistant.
Patti’s had a warmth and general concern for others. That was partly why she wanted to get into the medical field. Despite all her own medical issues, she was always concerned about others well-being. Patti cherished time spent her family. She was a talented cook and loved sharing her Italian dishes with her family and friends. She had many fond memories of family celebrations and events.
Patti was the beloved wife of 6 years of Michael C. DeClemente. She was the loving mother of Amanda and Brandy Osborne. She was the daughter of Rosario T. Capua of Burlington and the late Lois M. (Mastroianni). She was the sister of Joseph Capua & his wife Ellen of Burlington, Richard Capua & his wife Stefanie of FL, and Regina & her husband Joseph McGowan of SC. She was the daughter-in-law of Louise DeClemente of Mansfield and the late Carl DeClemente. She was the sister-in-law of Maria & James Emery of Raynham. Patti was also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Edward V. Sullivan Funeral Home, 43 Winn St., BURLINGTON (Exit 34 off Rt. 128, Woburn side) on Monday, April 28 at 9 a.m. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Margaret’s Church, 111 Winn St., Burlington at 10 a.m. Visiting hours Sunday 3-7 p.m. Interment in Pine Haven Cemetery, Burlington.
