Obituary of Alfred DeLeo
Alfred M. DeLeo, passed away at the Holy Family Medical center in Methuen on Monday, July 28, 2008. He was 60 years old.
Al was born in Boston. He was the son of the late Stanislaus Leo and Mary DeLeo. He was raised and educated in the North End of Boston. He had lived in Burlington for 30 years and had recently moved to Methuen. Al had worked for many years at Miano Printing Services in Woburn. He enjoyed listening to music. He was an avid sports fan and most especially enjoyed watching the Montreal Canadians.
Al was the beloved father of Alfred M. DeLeo, Jr. & his wife Lori of Nashua, Michele Amaral & her husband Joe of Tyngsboro, and Michael DeLeo & his wife Michelle of North Chelmsford. He is the former husband of Joan (Marino) DeLeo of Tyngsboro. He is the brother of Marie Sullivan & her husband Vincent of Peabody. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 3 nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at the Edward V. Sullivan Funeral Home, 43 Winn St., BURLINGTON (Exit 34 off Rt.128, Woburn side) on Friday, August 1 at 11 a.m. Interment will be private. Visiting hours Thursday 4-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials’ in Al’s name may be made to Make a Wish Foundation, One Bulfinch Place, 2nd Floor, Boston, MA 02114
