Obituary of Beverly Hoyt

Beverly J. (Browne) Hoyt of North Port, FL formerly of Billerica, passed away peacefully on June 17, 2012 after a long battle with many ailments at the Sunset Lake Rehabilitation and Health Center, Venice, FL. Beverly graduated from Girls High School and Burdette Business School in Boston, MA. She retired in 2004 after 25 years working at Carleton Willard Village, Bedford, MA, where she was a secretary in the finance and facility maintenance departments. Prior to CWV, Beverly worked many years in the Ditson Elementary School as a teaching aid. Beverly and her husband Lin moved to Florida in 2006 to enjoy their retirement years. She enjoyed reading, shopping, decorating, entertaining and spending time with family and friends. Beverly was the beloved wife of Linwood Hoyt Jr. of North Port, FL. Loving mother of sons David of Raleigh, NC, Darin Sr. of Andover, MA, Dean and his wife Karen of Burlington, MA, and her daughter Michele of Billerica, MA. Beverly is also survived by seven grandchildren; Dale of CA, Danny of NH, Darin Jr & his fiancee Ashley Walsh of ME, Brittany of ME, Catherine, Madison and Thomas of Burlington, MA, and one great granddaughter, Madison of ME. Sister of the late Frank DiNapoli Beverly was the beloved daughter of the late Robert and Elizabeth Browne. Funeral from the Edward V. Sullivan Funeral Home, 43 Winn St., BURLINGTON (Exit 34 off Rt. 128, Woburn side) on Saturday, June 23 at 9 a.m. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Malachy Church, 99 Bedford St., Burlington at 10 a.m. Visiting hours Friday 4-8 p.m. Interment will be private.
