She had worked as a Financial Secretary as BASF in Bedford. She was a talented seamstress and would make her family’s clothing. She enjoyed knitting and shared her talent with family, friends, and those less fortunate than herself. She enjoyed cooking and baking. She took pride in maintaining her home, yard, and garden. She appreciated nature and wildlife. She loved all types of music. She was a strong believer in a healthy lifestyle. She walked, worked around her home, exercised at the Council on Aging, and kept a healthy diet. Mrs. Boeck was the wife of the late Kurt Bruno Boeck. She was the mother of Brigitte McNulty of Needham and Sabine Boeck of Somerville. She was the grandmother of Melanie Shubow of Somerville and great grandmother of Shawn Barton.
