Obituary of Evelyn Miller

Evelyn (Black) Miller, a resident of Woburn since 1978, passed way at the Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Burlington on Monday, January 5, 2009. The wife of the late Charles Grant Miller, she was 92 years old. Evelyn was born in Everett. She was the daughter of the late James A. and Mary Ann Black. She was raised and educated in the South End of Boston. Evelyn worked for the State of Massachusetts in the Department of Mental Health as a Nurses Assistant. She enjoyed gardening, flowers, and spending time with family and friends. Evelyn is the beloved wife of the late Charles Grant Miller. She is the loving mother of Robert Miller of Woburn and Charles Miller of Springfield. She is the sister of the late Hazel Baggett. Visiting hours will be held at the Edward V. Sullivan Funeral Home, 43 Winn St., BURLINGTON (Exit 34 off Rt. 128, Woburn side) on Friday, Jan. 9 from 10 a.m. – 12 Noon. Followed by Graveside Services at Woodlawn Cemetery, 302 Elm St., Everett at 12:30 p.m.
