Obituary of Anthony Sbraccia
Anthony P. “Tony” Sbraccia, passed away unexpectedly, on Sunday evening, July 1, 2012. He was 71 years old.
Tony was born, raised and educated in Malden. He was the son of the late Philip and Constance Sbraccia. In 1976 Tony and his family settled in Burlington. Tony owned and operated Zodiac World Travel on Center St., in Burlington for over 30 years. He also worked as a Real Estate Agent for many years. Tony and his son Paul worked together at the Family Service Station on Cambridge Street. Tony was a fixture at the station greeting people as they entered the store with a smile and a story. He was an outgoing man who loved to talk and be with people. Tony also enjoyed talking trips to Las Vegas with his many friends and relatives as well as visiting his brother in Florida. Tony’s biggest joy in his life was his 3 grandchildren. He had a very special relationship with each of them. He would frequently pickup his granddaughter Emilee after school. He would also take Emilee to the 7:30 a.m. Mass at St. Margaret’s every Sunday morning. He was proud of his two grandsons Sean and Nicholas. He had a great relationship with them and he was proud of their accomplishments. Tony will be missed by his wife, his children, grandchildren and many friends.
Tony was the husband of Elaine (Pirozzi). Tony was the loving father of Paul of Burlington and Wendy Laws & her husband Lee of Burlington. Brother of Philip. of Naples, FL. Devoted and proud grandfather of Nicholas Sbraccia, Sean Connell and Emilee Laws. Funeral Services were private.
