Obituary of Margaret Sullivan
Margaret “Peg” Sullivan, a retired Counselor for the Town of Needham School Department passed away after a long illness at the Woodbriar of Wilmington Nursing Care Facility on Sunday, August 9, 2009. She was 85 years old. Peg was born in Boston. She grew up in Dorchester. She went onto to earn both her Bachelor of Science and Masters Degree from Boston College. She had resided in Burlington for over 6o years. She enjoyed traveling around the world. She also enjoyed vegetable and flower gardening.
Peg was the daughter of the late Michael and Margaret Sullivan. She was the sister of John Sullivan of Burlington. A visiting hour will be held at the Edward V. Sullivan Funeral Home, 43 Winn St., BURLINGTON on Wednesday, Aug. 12 from 9-10 a.m. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Margaret’s Church, 111 Winn St., Burlington at 10:30 a.m. Interment in Calvary Cemetery, Winchester.
