Obituary of Julia Nichols
Julia L. (Parks) Nichols passed away at the Cedar Glen Nursing Care Center on September 28, 2009. She was 95 years old. Julia was born in Worcester. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Lillian Parks. Julia dedicated her life to creating a loving and caring home for her family. She took pride in her home and enjoyed cooking for her family. She enjoyed lively music and loved to dance. Julia was a talented seamstress and was known for making clothes for herself as well as doll dresses. She enjoyed skiing, sailing and playing tennis with her late husband Nick. Julia will be remembered as having a very caring nature and for being a very compassionate woman. Julia was the beloved wife of the late Nathan P. Loving mother of Ann Cooper & her husband Richard of Burlington and David R. Cresine & his wife Jacqueline of Flagstaff, AZ. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. A Funeral Liturgy will be held at Holy Family Parish, St. Ann Church, Pleasant St., Gloucester on Saturday, Oct. 17 at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend.
