Obituary of Wesley John Parlee

Wesley John Parlee, Jr. passed away at the Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Burlington following a courageous battle with Leukemia. The husband of Ada (Scott) he was 73 years old. Wes was born in Providence, Rhode Island. He was the son of the late Wesley and Neta Parlee. He was raised and educated in Watertown. John worked as an Installer for High Grade and Screen Company in Lynn for 35 years. He also worked for his brother-in-law at Newton Shade and Screen. Wes loved in the outdoors. He enjoyed working in his garden as well as hunting and fishing. He was a loving husband and caring father. He was a fun grandfather, who enjoyed playing and joking with his grandchildren. He would attend many of their activities, recitals, sporting events, and other important events in their lives. He will be lovingly remembered. Wes was the beloved husband of Ada (Scott) Parlee. He was the loving father of Linda Onorati of Palm Coast, FL, Wesley John Parlee, III of Shirley and Paula Butcher of Townsend. He was the brother of Joan Elegood of Hampstead, NH. He was the proud grandfather of Kristin & Michael Butcher and Meaghan & John Wesley Parlee. Funeral Services will be private.
