HOPE
By
John Harold Knight
Dear most loving and all-forgiving God,
It’s nice to be on this ever-living sod.
But when our time has come and death is near,
We have been assured that we need not fear.
For when at last we’re laid into this earth,
Our Lord has promised us a great new birth.
Down here we have endured much toil and strife,
Up there we will enjoy and brand new life.
When You beckon for us to come and stay,
We know that You will guide us on our way.
When our work on earth is over and done,
We’ll dwell forever with You and Your Son.
RIP Aunt Lee

I always tell people how Mrs. Cav would call Steve and I in so that we could have some of the great cake she would bake us.
When we got called in we never knew if we had done wrong or what.
She was a wonderful woman and to me one of the mothers I had growing up.
May you sleep in peace
Love, Henry
