Obituary of Charles Elliott

Charles N. Elliott, a resident of Burlington for 48 years, passed away at the Lahey Clinic Medical Center on Thursday evening, January 13, 2011. The husband of Elizabeth (O’Brien) he was 79 years old. Charlie was born in Boston. He was the son of the late Charles and Eileen Elliott. He was a veteran of the Korean War serving his country in the United States Navy. Charlie was the recipient of the National Defense Service Medal and the Navy Occupation Service Medal. He had a successful career as an Appliance Technician working for Cambridge Gas for 42 years. Charlie and his wife Liz lived in both Burlington and Fort Myers Beach Florida. He enjoyed salt water fishing and boating. Charlie is the beloved husband of Elizabeth A. (O’Brien). He is the loving father of Kenneth C. Elliott & his wife Tanya of Billerica. Brother of the late Eileen Jackson. Grandfather of Renee & Christina. Visiting hours will be held at the Edward V. Sullivan Funeral Home, 43 Winn St., BURLINGTON (Exit 34 off Rt. 128, Woburn side) on Sunday Jan. 16 from 1-4 p.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend.
