Obituary of Terry Jefferson
Terence “Terry” Jefferson a carpenter, passed away after a long illness at the Tufts Medical Center in Boston on Thursday morning, July 14, 2011. He was 54 years old. Terri was born in Salem, the son of the late Robert and Eileen (O’Callaghan) Jefferson. He grew up in both Beverly and Bedford. He was a graduate of Bedford High School and attended Middlesex Community College. Terry loved the outdoors and working with his hands. He was a carpenter concentrating his time in residential construction and remodeling. He was an avid fisherman and golfer. He was a huge Boston Professional Sports fan. He also enjoyed spending time with his friends at the VFW in Bedford.
He is survived by his siblings; Robin McNiff of Beverly & her husband Michael, John “Jack “ Jefferson & his wife Diane of Burlington, and Eileen Coran of Arlington & her husband Joel. He was also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends. Funeral from the Edward V. Sullivan Funeral Home, 43 Winn St., BURLINGTON (exit 34 off Rt. 128, Woburn side) on Monday, July 18 at 9 a.m. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Malachy’s Church, 99 Bedford St., Burlington at 10 a.m. Visiting hours Sunday from 4-7 p.m. Interment in North Beverly Cemetery, Beverly.
