Obituary of Jacqueline Whiffen

Whiffen, Jacqueline T. (Champoux) of Amherst, NH, formerly a long-time resident of Burlington, MA, passed away peacefully on July 19th. Known for her great faith in our Lord Jesus Christ and her constant love and devotion to her family. She will forever be in our hearts. Jackie is survived by her beloved husband of 62 years, Gilbert L. Whiffen. She was the cherished mother of Carole A. Flynn & her husband Ed of Milford, NH; James G. Whiffen & his wife Wadad of Woburn, Robert C. Whiffen & his wife Melissa of Nashua, NH; Pamela S. MacGray & her husband Colin of Warner, NH; Douglas L. Whiffen & his wife Michelle of Middleton. Predeceased by her daughter Sandra L. Fredette & son David Whiffen. Much adored Gammy to Melissa Fredette, Jason Fredette & his wife Kristin and great grandsons Gabriel and Zachary, Deirdre Flynn, Siobhan Robinson & her husband Jeremy, Joshua Whiffen, Jenna Whiffen, Matthew Whiffen, Connor Whiffen & Samuel Whiffen. Born in Belmont, MA, she was the daughter of the late Gerard & Virginia Champoux. Dear sister of Richard Champoux & his wife Marilyn of MT, John Champoux & his wife Nancy of FL, Ronald Champoux & his wife Maria of Revere, and the late Mary Sullivan, Lorraine Panis, Ralph Champoux, Gwendolyn Segool, Robert Champoux & Elaine Page. Sister-in-law of Lewis Whiffen & his wife Josephine of Holbrook. Visiting hours will be held at the Edward V. Sullivan Funeral Home, 43 Winn St., BURLINGTON (Exit 34 off Rt. 128, Woburn side) on Thursday from 4-8 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at the Heritage Park Baptist Church, 129 Lexington St., Burlington on Friday, July 22 at 10 a.m. Interment in Chestnut Hill Cemetery, Burlington.
