Dear Robin and family, I am so so sorry for your mother’s passing. I am at a loss for words! I loved Jean she was a wonderful kind person and I know I will miss seeing her in the lab and having the little talks we would have. To my good friend Jean I am saddened that you have passed away I will miss you it’s sad that I couldn’t not say goodbye before you passed. I met you around 25 years ago you where there when I asked Ann to marry me and we there on our wedding day . Ann is devistated you where a second mom to her. I will miss our dinner dates with Dick Ann and you going to the Chateau will not be the same without you. To ALL of Jean's Family.... I was in shock when I got the call that Jean had passed away, it is still hard to believe. I met Jean when she came to work at Ames Safety Envelope over 35 years ago. We shared a lot of great times together. Even after Jean left Ames we kept in touch, her coming to our cook-outs and attending family gatherings. She was a person that I felt honored to be her friend. We must all remember, as long as we keep Jean in our memories, she will always be with us. Jean will be missed by so many, but not forgotten. To Jean’s family: I became friends with Jean when I worked at Winchester Hospital. She was a sweet, kind woman with a wonderful sense of humor, Her positive attitude and her faith in God was an inspiration to us all. A beautiful woman both inside and out.
