So sorry to hear of Virginia’s passing. A true champion for Burlington. Her passion and commitment for the town was always at the forefront of her political motivations. As the Former Town Administrator, I always appreciated her input as a town meeting member because she only had one agenda: what is best for her beloved Burlington! I have been out of the country and I am sorry I missed her wake to pay my respects. My sincere condolences Bob Mercier

Dear Mooney family, I have many fond memories of Ginny playing softball with my Mom. They had such good times! So many years ago!! Seems like yesterday. Ginny was very support of the Citations. My Dad was manager after Bob O’Neils passing. Ginny was always willing to help the corps any way she could. She had family marching too! As years passed she always had a smile for my family. She will truly be missed. Her dedication to Burlington will not be forgotten
