I have many wonderful memories of time spent with Uncle John. I feel fortunate that my wife was able to meet him when we last visited. As I raise my boys, I will try to do so with the humor, wisdom, and caring so common in my memories of Uncle John.

Uncle John you will be missed. I remember playing baseball with you as a kid. You were always even tempered, happy, loving, supportive, and never judged anyone. You were a good guy who did the right thing for those he loved. My memories of spending time with you and aunt tilly are some of the best of my childhood. Thank you for all you have done for me over the years.
Love you, Edie

Uncle John you will be truly missed. You were a great godfather. You took me to my first Red Sox game. I had many sleepovers as a kid in Burlington and NH. You brought my fathers desk to Rochester NY for me and we golfed up there too. I’m pretty sure you beat me. My kids were always welcomed to come swimming and shown all his Christmas decorations. Always a kind big hearted man, funny and loving. Will miss you. Thinking of you Aunt Tilly, Ray and Ann. Love you all xo

Myself, Mary and Gennara will miss Uncle John terribly. What a nice man and a great person to talk to, with a quick wit and a huge heart. We always looked forward to visiting him around Christmas time, and for July 4th cookouts. I enjoyed fishing and golfing with him and Ray, and watching many sporting events and boxing matches together at his house. Our thoughts and prayers are with Aunt Tilly, Ray and Ann, at this time of loss and sadness.
