Even though it’s been decades since we last spent time together, I still think about our times together at Samoset often. Uncle Paul was a man to be revered. The way he lit up the room was something I’ll always remember. He treated my brother Jesse and I like we were his own. Time spent with him building forts and on the boat are some of my fondest memories from my childhood. Thank you for the positive impact you had on my life. I’ll always love you for that! Rest In Peace Uncle Paul!

We are very sorry to hear about Paul. He was such a positive person and still upbeat and positive after being diagnosed with cancer. There are too few positive adjectives to describe Paul and how much we loved him. We met Paul after we moved into Heron Pond in 2006 and knew we had a friend immediately. He will be sorely missed.

Paul was the first person to welcome our family to the Samoset Community in 1995 and we were friends since then. He always walked around the complex with a smile and Sunday morning coffee hour is where he and I would spend time talking and laughing about many subjects. I always stayed around till Paul showed up and we exchanged pleasintries. He was the finest man I knew. The world would be a better place if more people are like Paul Forti! !
To his entire family and friends he will be sorely missed. Rest in peace my friend and may your memory be eternal. I love you.

Dear Forti family Luanne and I extend our most sincere condolences on Paul’s passing. Paul was a unique person in many ways . He was always with a smile on his face and always very welcoming to Luanne and I . His smile grew even bigger when collecting his golf winnings. He often expressed to us the deep pride he had in his family and their successes! Hopefully the good memories of Paul driving his boat , telling stories on donut day, all with a broad grin in his face, will help you all to get thru this difficult time . Again Luanne and my sincerest condolences are extended. It was a pleasure to know him .

I worked with Paul over a number of years at the Polaroid Corporation. He always had a smile and was loved by all that came in contact with him. No man had a greater love for his family than Paul, with pictures of his daughter's annual school pictures proudly displayed on his desk.
His positivity and warmth for the people he came in contact with will be greatly missed.
