To the Family of Gloria DeRosa -
I was very saddened to hear of Gloria's passing when I returned to work on Friday. I was one of her nurses at the Woburn Nursing Ctr. She was truly an inspiration to everyone who came into her life. When I last saw Gloria this past Monday night, I was able to spend some extra time with her just talking. She was so proud as she talked about each story behind the photos that lovingly covered her walls. Her family was her life. I will miss seeing her when I return back to work.....it will not be the same. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family.

My sincerest sympathy to all who loved Gloria DeRosa. I met Gloria while visiting my mother, Assunta, at Woburn Nursing Home. Gloria was always outgoing and took good care of my mother. She encouraged my mother to get dressed up, do her nails, wear jewelry and play Bingo. Gloria always made sure my mom could hear the numbers being called. She also spoke up any time she thought someone was disrespecting my mother or another resident. I enjoyed talking to Gloria and will miss seeing her when I visit my mother. I know that my mother was devastated by her loss and will miss her dearly. The only thing we know is that Gloria was an angel on earth and now she is an angel in Heaven with her husband. May she rest in peace and may your memories of her give you peace at this time. God bless.

Our deepest condolences to all of you! Gloria was an amazing woman who touched so many lives! She was such an inspiration... Overcoming the hardships she endured as a result of polio, and living a full life as a mother, grandmother, and dear friend to so many! You are all in our thoughts and prayers...
