I was so sorry to hear of the passing of my beloved cousin, Ned. I am glad that I did visit with him on Sunday and he was alert, talking, taking water and we even shared a few laughs. I have so many thoughts of our childhood, as my mother and his mother were sisters and we visited back and forth to each other's homes. Once when his family was going away, we got to mind Ned's bunny (whose name was Bunny), who would hop freely around the house. Well, Bunny chewed the ears and nose off my rubber doll's head and that was the last time we took care of Bunny. I remember all the shows in Lowell where he sang; playing and riding our bikes; his ordination; all our family funerals and weddings where he officiated and many other memories. I was proud of him and I am pleased for him that he is now in peace. Thanks for the memories. Love, Your cousin, Donna Aylward and family.
