Obituary of Evelyn Marie Raske

Evelyn Marie Raske, passed away unexpectedly on Friday morning, May 24, 2019 at the age of 60.  Evelyn was born in Phillips, Wisconsin, the daughter of Charles and Ermelinde “Ermie” Raske.  She was active in the Girl Scouts in Burlington and was a graduate of Burlington High School Class of 1976. Evelyn was a member of  The Women’s National Championship Hockey Team in 1976. She was also an accomplished artist and singer.  She worked a variety of careers including a home health aide before becoming disabled.  She was the sister of Daniel Raske of Burlington, Timothy Raske of Franconia, NH, Mary Rasmussen of Tewksbury, Catherine Raske of Wilmington, Charles Raske, Jr., of Lowell, Albert and Patrick Raske of California.  She was also survived by many nieces and nephews.  A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 31 at 11:30 at Chestnut Hill Cemetery, 52 Bedford St., Burlington.  Relatives and friends are respectfully invited.
