To Paula, and all of Mr. McCarthy's family and loved ones, I am so very sorry to learn of your loss. He was a constant presence on the football fields when I was growing up, and did his best to teach the young Pop Warner cheerleaders a thing or two about the game he loved. My mother, Florence Tenore, still speaks highly of Mr. and Mrs. McCarthy and their dedication to the children in Burlington. Our deepest condolences to all of you on the loss of such a dear man.
