June brought much happiness and laughter to my father (Lou), they were great together. I wish they had found each other much earlier.
They were like kids together. Many years ago I was attending college and while in class I would discover that they got into my notebooks and had cartoon drawing contests with notes for me while I was in class.
I don’t think I said thank you enough to June for being there when my dad passed away.
I’m sorry I lost contact with June. She was a very special lady.
My sincere condolences to everyone.
Dean

We were roommates in Boston before she married and friends after high school. We worked at a resort in NH after high school and Jr college for June. When we were first married I would meet at June’s house with our children & go grocery shopping & we spent some New Year’s Eve together when we were first married at June’s. Went to a class reunion together. Was a great friend always so generous and so much fun . Sorry we didn’t keep in touch. Rose Marie Daffer (Iodice)

Hi Rose, So nice to hear from you. I remember your visits and visiting your home also. My mom and I were talking about some of those times and wondering how you were just before she passed. She was very fond of you also. I hope you are well and Thank you for your kind words. We miss her very much, she was a special woman.

I've known June since Pam and my brother, Bruce, started dating and then married. I have never met a more direct and no-nonsense woman in my life! She was not only talented and smarter than a whip but had the same glamor and presence of Jackie Kennedy. Her style was impeccable, and her common sense more so. I appreciated so much about June: her love of family, her travels, her photography, and every Christmas dinner we shared together with Bruce and Pam. She was gracious to all, encouraging young people, and taught me a thing or two about letting go of things that really are not important.
I had Christmas dinner with June ten weeks ago! She was taken from us much too quickly. I want to express my sympathy to the entire family, and wish you strength in the days to come. This is a very heartbreaking event for so many, but knowing June, she would say: "Just get on with it!"
I love you, June. You will always be in my heart.

My deepest condolences go to June's family. I've admired her since the day I met her as a teenager. All her travels, her independence, her strength, her beauty, and that beautiful
smile. Forever in my heart.

What can you say about a person who treated you like family and always had a smile for you. I'll always remember her with a big smile while cooking the fish I and her son William caught while staying at the cabin in NH. The Gullotto Family

Pam,
I saw your mom's name and am sending love. Having recently lost my mom, I know how difficult it is and I can only imagine that at this particular time it is so much harder. I think of you and your family often. Your mom was a lovely woman and I remember her fondly. Much love and deepest sympathy, Marie Bolton.
