I knew Roy through the Owl Club. He was incredibly kind and thoughtful. It was a pleasure to get to know him and I offer my deepest condolences for your loss.

Roy's stewardship of the Owl was truly first class. His steady hand and guidance meaningfully impacted so many. Roy seamlessly managed all the different relationships of the club. And he brought great care to the Owl and the projects we worked on together. My deepest condolences to his family.
Roy was a wonderful man in all respects and I convey my most sincere condolences to his family. The video is wonderful - he looked the same 50 years ago as he looked last year! And that head of high school hair... far out. He will be sorely missed!
I have worked with Roy for many years at the Owl Club where he was manager. Roy was a wonderful man: kind, patient, thoughtful, full of integrity. He loved his family and spoke of them at the club not infrequently. All of us at the Owl Club will greatly miss him. We are so sad we have lost him at so young and age.

Great guy who fit the mold of the Owl Steward perfectly. He was always glad to us after Yale Games. He knew every alum's name. He would listen and tolerate my crazy ideas about how to raise funds for the Club. My father in law, Bill Haskins'37 and former graduate president, was another fan.
